This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking and no forms. When you open it, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Orders by e-mail and phone

When you contact us or place an order, we process the details you give us (name, contact and delivery details, what you order) to answer you and fulfil the order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). E-mails pass through our e-mail provider Migadu; the carrier receives your delivery details.

How long we keep data

We keep your data for as long as the order requires. Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as statutory retention periods require.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. Write to us at order@navleky.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Slovak Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov (dataprotection.gov.sk).
